Athletes who enter one or more disciplines between April 1 at 8 a.m. CT and May 10, 2024, will be eligible to spread their entry fee payments across 3-4 payments based on the date they enter within the Payment Plan window. Athletes are not required to use the Payment Plan feature and may opt to pay the entry fees in full at the time of entry.
Athletes who choose to spread their entry fee payments out will need a credit card number on file for the remaining payments to be automatically processed on the payment dates listed. All entries will be taken on Nextgen Rodeo.
ENTRY FEES: Junior Division: $350 per entry / Youth Division: $250 per entry / JR Ironman Side Pot: $100
How Does This Work?
FOUR PAYMENT PLAN
Four (4) Payment Plan – Entries made on or before April 30, 2024 will be eligible for the 4 payment plan. The first payment will be made on the date the entry was submitted. The remaining payments will be automatically processed on the following dates:
Payment One: Date of Entry
Payment Two: May 10, 2024
Payment Three: June 10, 2024
Payment Four: July 10, 2024
THREE PAYMENT PLAN
Three (3) Payment Plan – Entries made between May 1-10, 2024 will be eligible for the 3 payment plan. The first payment will be made on the date the entry was submitted. The remaining payments will be automatically processed on the following dates:
Payment One: Date of Entry
Payment Two: June 10, 2024
Payment Three: July 10, 2024
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Entries made after May 10, 2024, will be required to be paid in full at the time of entry. This includes adding additional disciplines to an athlete who has previously entered and is participating in the Payment Plan option.
- All fees must be paid in full by July 10, regardless of the payment option chosen by the athlete at the time of entry.
- Stalls, RVs, Shavings, and Hay purchased through Open Stalls are not eligible to be included in the payment plan options.
- Those who have earned a qualifier series win do not need to go through the open entry process.
